Standings are calculated using a version of the USOF Ranking (http://www.usof-rankings.org/) system.
The Season Standings are calculated using the average score from each individual's best five races. Individuals with less than five races will have lower scores, because each "missing" race is included in the average with zero points.
The Power Ratings simply average a competitor's best scores. If a competitor only has four races, they are not penalized. These rankings should more accurately reflect actual running speeds.
