Here are the statistics for the Spring Lake courses:
White 2.6 km 30 m climb Yellow 3.8 km 110 m climb Fog 3.3 km 70-85 m climb (route choice may vary considerably Sprint 3.0 km 60 m climb
The Sprint, Fog, and Yellow courses will cross a stream that as of last week had lots of water, but was easily crossable. I believe that by Sunday the water level will have fallen to the point where you will be able to cross at almost any point with ease.
All starts will be about 50 meters from the registration table at the Oak Knolls picnic area. All finishes will be about 50 meters from the registration table in the opposite direction!
Don't forget there is a $4 entrance fee at the ranger kiosk.
Piped water is available, as well as flush toilets, picnic tables and barbeque grills. The park also has a swimming lagoon, though it may not be officially open yet.
Remember, no e-punch at this venue!
