Type: B; Four days of fun in the Tahoe area with forest-Sprint, Classic, Summer Series, & Sprint events; with new maps! Beginners & non-members are welcome. Entry in all events or other Summer Series events is not required. (Entry deadlines: June 28, July 28) (pending park approval)

Please note that fees and time limits apply. Events are typically not canceled due to bad weather.


Four days of orienteering in the Tahoe area! The plan is for Sprint, Classic, Summer Series, and Sprint events. There will be new maps!

Registration

Registration is open here (https://eventreg.orienteeringusa.org/register/tahoe4day2026) for a Tahoe 4-day Package and for individual events. The prices for the Tahoe 4-day Package and for individual events are shown below. (Be sure to read the notes below the prices table.)

Registration will also be available at each event, but the 4-Day Package is available only online.

Online registration closes at 11:59 PM PDT on July 28.

Notes: 
The 4-day Package is available only online.
Registration for individual events can be done online (at the "Early" or "Regular" prices above) and at the events (at the "Each Day" prices above).
Juniors are age 8 through 20 (under age 8 is free).
For the events at Sugar Pine Point State Park (August 2) and Donner Park (August 3), the Short and Long courses are considered "advanced".
Online registration closes at 11:59 PM PDT on July 28. That will be the last chance for the 4-Day Package.
Non-member adults buying the 4-day Package for Intermediate or Advanced Courses might want to know that a 1-year individual BAOC membership costs only $15 (a family membership costs $20). The total cost of the 4-day Package and individual membership would be the same as the non-member 4-day Package, and you would have the member benefit at other events over the next 12 months. Request for Volunteers

As always, we will need a lot of volunteers to make these events happen. The schedules for volunteer tasks are available in the Volunteer Sign-up form (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ti-APHMFdFA6D3WSsLDOx7LHmaBjt8cHCEFibgWLfI4/edit). Please help by signing up for one or more shifts during the four days.
