The shifts and current assignments are shown in this form (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rmnRyNdpZWbwbgJGiaKdmU3f7ptEn1vKGBYnrFzhg4M/edit?gid=1356753950#gid=1356753950). You can check the form to see what's available, and then send email to the respective Event Director(s) (email links are at the top of this page) to indicate your interest or ask where they'd like help. The Event Director(s) will respond back to you.
Accommodations
I didn't "click fast enough" to get a Group Campsite reservation at Sugar Pine Point State Park. So, I'd say go ahead and book your accommodations if you are keen.

Northstar California
A BAOC group has been set up for making discounted lodging reservations for up to four nights (July 24–28) using this link (https://be.synxis.com/?adult=1&arrive=2025-07-24&chain=6521&child=0&config=SANS&depart=2025-07-28&dest=TAHOE&level=chain&locale=en-US&promo=SNSORI25&rooms=1&theme=SUMSANS).
- Note: If you have problems making reservations, Northstar states "This is typically fixed by changing the check-in and check-out dates to display available inventory."
Instead of using the link above, you can call 855-953-0193. This is a reservation line dedicated to making reservations for group guests. (Group Reservations hours of operation are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM MT; Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM MT.)
Group Reservations agents are happy to check availability and make reservations. Refer to the group code "SNSORI25" or the group name "Orienteering at Northstar".
