Type: Annual membership meeting and election of officers
The BAOC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Sunol Regional Wilderness, following the Sunol orienteering event. This is your chance to find out more about what is going on in the club, and a chance for the club leadership to hear from you. Please plan to finish your course early so you can participate.
We will meet at 1:30 PM near the registration/e-punch area.

- Approval of the 2009 AGM minutes (which are are available here)
- President's report
- Treasurer's report
- Election of officers
- Survey Results, including small group brainstorming on communications, training, and volunteer recruitment.
- Questions
The Nominating Committee recommended, and the Board has approved, the following slate of candidates for election as club officers:
- President – Trinka Gillis
- Event Coordinator – Alex Finch
- Treasurer – Kelly Wells
- Secretary – Vicki Woolworth

Driving Directions
To reach the park, take I-680 to the Sunol/Calveras exit. Go south on Calaveras Road about 6 miles to Geary Road. Turn left onto Geary Road and continue a couple of miles to the park. Pay the $5 parking fee ($2 dog fee) and follow the O' signs to registration.
