President Steve Haas called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM.
President's Report
Steve introduced Jeff Lanam, from the nominating committee, who announced the slate proposed by the committee and approved by the Board, and requested nominations from the floor. As there were no contested positions, the slate was approved by voice vote.

Other Business
Marie-Josée Parayre reported that a team of BAOC Juniors competed at the Junior Nationals in Massachusetts, and BAOC won the Varsity Club Team Trophy with Antoine Finot, Daniel Šebo, and Julia Doubsen in a tight race with the Cascade club.
Werner Haag announced the new membership system, MemberPlanet, which enables club members to sign up and pay online, and will send reminders for renewals. There were questions including whether this system could be used for event registration, which is a possibility, but we may consider the OUSA system if it is opened up for use with local events.
Marie-Josée Parayre announced the 2018 BAOC Summer Series, which starts at Diablo Valley College on May 12th, and will continue with events through August.
Gavin Wyatt-Mair presented an update on the championship plans for 2020. The World Rogaining Championship has been approved, and the bid to host the North American Orienteering Championships is making its way through the approval process. The events will be centered at Northstar in the Tahoe area. Suggestions for a name for the festival are welcome.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:25 PM.
