McLaren Park Training Session

There will be a training session Saturday, October 7th, in McLaren Park in
San Francisco.

Training:
There will be two session types again. One for people interested in more competitive training, and one for more of an introduction to orienteering.
- A more competitive-based session on starting at 10 AM that will include intervals, agility, and orienteering training. The focus will be on memory and route choice. There will be three levels of training: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Please sign up here (http://www.adventurerunningca.com/store/c2/Adventure_Running_Sport_.html).
- There will also be a more educational session starting at 10:30 focusing on basics of map reading. This session will go until about 12:15–12:30. Please sign up here (http://www.adventurerunningca.com/store/c3/Adventure_Running_Education.html).
There will be a fee for maps: $5 for BAOC members, and $20 for non-members.
Note that a 1-year individual BAOC membership costs $15 ($16 if paid online), and a 1-year family membership costs $20 ($21 if paid online). You can join here.
