Tilden Park Training Session

There will be a training session Saturday, September 23th, in Tilden Regional Park in
Berkeley.

Training:
There will be two session types again. One for people interested in more competitive training, and one for more of an introduction to orienteering.
- Starting at 10:00 AM, ending around 11:20, will a more competitive training, including terrain intervals, agility, and focused orienteering training. - Starting at 10:30 AM, ending around 12:00, there will be a more educationally-focused training specifically for beginners. Please sign up here (http://www.adventurerunningca.com/store/c3/Adventure_Running_Education.html).
There will be a fee for maps: $5 for BAOC members, and $20 for non-members.
Note that a 1-year individual BAOC membership costs $15 ($16 if paid online), and a 1-year family membership costs $20 ($21 if paid online). You can join here.
