BAOC COOL #7, #8, & #9

Type: Junior; Held in conjunction with the LAOC Vasquez Rocks A-meet
We will be piggy-backing on an LAOC's Vasquez Variety Pack Orienteering A-meet (http://www.vasquezo.org/) at Vasquez Rocks County Park in Santa Clarita, CA.
- COOL Event #7 is the Trail-O
- COOL Event #8 is the Sprint
- COOL Event #9 is the Middle Distance
Schedule
Friday
- 3:00–5:00 PM: Sample event for Trail-O
Saturday
- 9:00 AM: Gates to park are opened.
- 10:00 AM: Trail-O course starts
- 12:00 noon: Sprint courses starts
- 5:00 PM: Gates to park are locked. Better have your car on the outside at this time.
Sunday
- 9:00 AM: Gates to park are opened.
- 10:00 AM: Middle-distance courses starts (15-minute walk to start)
- 5:00 PM: Gates to park are locked. Better have your car on the outside at this time.

Punching
As always, we will be using electronic punching at this meet, using SportIdent finger sticks. The following models are supported: SI-Card 5, SI-Card 6, SI-Card 8, and SI-Card 9. Finger sticks are available for rent at the meet. In addition, you can get a finger stick to keep all season with your season pass.
No finger stick is required for the Trail-O course.

These events are not covered by the BAOC COOL season pass.

- Elementary boys and girls – Open

The following courses will be used for the BAOC COOL classes for the Sprint event:
- Elementary boys and girls – Sprint 1
- Middle School boys and girls – Sprint 1
- JV boys and girls – Sprint 2
- Varsity girls – Sprint 2
- Varsity boys – Sprint 2
The following courses will be used for the BAOC COOL classes for the Middle-distance event:
- Elementary boys and girls – White
- Middle School boys and girls – Yellow
- JV boys and girls – Orange
- Varsity girls – Brown
- Varsity boys – Green
