Type: Junior; Held in conjunction with the O in the Oaks '09 A-meet
These are the first and second meets of the new BAOC COOL season. We are piggy-backing on the O in the Oaks '09 A-meet; details are here.
The 2009 Western Region Interscholastic Championships (WRIS) will also be contested at the same event.
Times
Note that A-meet and WRIS registrations have pre-assigned start times (https://www.mountainwebsoftware.com/oreg/ointheoaks09/reglist/index.php) on both days (except, of course, for day-of-event entries).
Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 noon: Registration
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 noon: All courses starts
- 3 PM: Courses closed, must be back even if you didn't finish your course.
Sunday
- 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Registration
- 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: All courses starts
- 2 PM: Courses closed, must be back even if you didn't finish your course.
Punching
As always, we will be using electronic punching at this meet, using SPORTident finger sticks. The following models are supported: SI-Card 5, SI-Card 6, SI-Card 8, and SI-Card 9. Finger sticks are available for rent at the meet. In addition, you can get a finger stick to keep all season with your season pass.
Registration
If you have a BAOC COOL season pass, your meet fee is covered for only the recreational registration. If you don't have a season pass, the regular fees apply.
Running on any of the following registrations counts for BAOC COOL purposes:
Competitive Categories
The following courses will be counted for BAOC COOL classes:
- Elementary Boys and Girls – White course
- Middle School Boys and Girls – Yellow course
- High School JV Boys and Girls – Orange course
- High School Varsity Girls – Brown course
- High School Varsity Boys – Green course
