White and Yellow (beginner) courses will be offered, plus two sprint courses for advanced runners (which will be part of the National Sprint Series). The Course Setter's Notes provide details about the courses.
The normal schedule will apply for this event. That is, registration from 9:00 am to noon, beginner's clinics 9:30-10:30 am, starts from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. The courses will close at 2:00 PM -- please check in at the Finsh by then even if you don't complete your course.
Note: We will use epunch for the sprint courses, so bring your e-stick if you have one. (Rental e-sticks will be available if you don't have your own.)
From the Peninsula, take Highway 101 to the Marsh Road East exit. Stay to the left so you can go straight ahead into the park at the traffic signal where Marsh turns right onto Bayfront Expressway.
From the East Bay, cross the Dumbarton Bridge. Go to the fifth traffic light and turn right into the park.
Park in one of the parking lots if possible, but in any case do NOT park along the west (outbound) side of the park road.
