What Are The Rules For Orienteering?

The official rules for orienteering events in the U.S. are established by Orienteering USA (http://orienteeringusa.org) (OUSA). The rules for all forms of orienteering in the U.S. can be found here (HTML) (http://orienteeringusa.org/about/rules/). (A PDF file containing the rules [as of January 2025] is here (PDF/1.7MB).
