It has been many years since the last BAOC uniforms were ordered, and it's time for an upgrade. Whether you're new to the club like me, or looking to replace some tattered old rags, this is a great opportunity to get some quality orienteering gear and show your BAOC pride.

A bulk order will be placed on Monday, January 5th. Don't miss this deadline!

About The Uniforms

These new uniforms are produced by the Canadian company Axisgear (http://www.axisgear.ca/full-custom-sublimation.cfm?style_id=27).

Tops

Click on the image above to see a larger view of the top. The image is not exactly correct, but it's close to how the top will look.

The model we are getting is referred to as the Atak Jersey. If you haven't seen the demos, they are very different than our previous uniform tops. The tops are all-synthetic construction, with a combination of soft wicking fabrics, airlight nylon, and mesh side panels for ventilation. An ~8-inch neck zipper is included for additional ventilation control.

The graphic design will be applied using an advanced new technology known as "sublimation" in which pigment is infused directly within the fabric. This is great, because it's fully breathable and will never peel or crack.

Two versions are available. A short-sleeve version for people who value breathability, and a long-sleeve version for cooler weather and poison oak protection. Short-sleeve costs $75; long-sleeve costs $80.

They are a basic full-length pant with elastic waist band. A small zipper pocket will be included—perfect for stashing your whistle and ID. The design will be a basic, solid maroon color, synthetic fabric with a small screen-printed BAOC logo. The cost is $42 each.
