Bay Area Orienteering Club Survey


The BAOC Board of Directors is conducting a survey to determine the direction of the club and guide the Board in decision-making. We want your ideas, opinions, and thoughts.

It will take 15 to 30 minutes to complete the survey, which consists of 31 multiple-choice questions, seven free-form questions, and six opportunities for additional comments. All the questions are optional.

The survey will be open until December 12, 2009.

Take the Survey

There are two ways you can take the survey:

  1. BAOC Survey (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=eN0rE5zyiwQK6vmUK_2b7ppw_3d_3d) – This link will allow you to leave the survey at any time, and return later to complete it or to change your responses, but allows only one submission per computer.
  2. Survey link for multiple people on the same computer (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=XVodngvUEUYihQfqI47yCg_3d_3d) – Each person will need to complete the survey in a single session. That is, once you have exited, you won’t be able to return.
