To register by mail, print and fill out the registration form included with the event flyer or use the USOF standard entry form (editor: removed bad link to "../../misc/usof_entry.pdf"). (Both forms are in PDF format; you need Acrobat Reader to view/print them.)Send it with your check (payable to BAOC) to:
