Casin-O Banquet

Lots of food for lots of athletes at Planet Hollywood in Caesar's Lake Tahoe casino, starting at 5:30 pm. Your dinner ticket will be in your registration packet. Run hard and arrive hungry!

After dinner (around 7:00 pm), we'll have the ever-popular course reviews. We will have the restaurant to ourselves from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. You may stay longer if desired.

Caesar's Casino is in Stateline, Nevada, just east of the California-Nevada state line. Caesar's is the third casino from the state line on the south side of the street. The entrance to Planet Hollywood is on the west end of the casino. There is free parking in the Caesar's lot; the entrance is on the east side of the casino.

However, if you're staying at the Forest Inn (headquarters hotel), it would be easier to walk to dinner - it's 3-4 blocks and should take about 10 minutes. Leave from the back (north side) of the hotel and walk east. Go through Harrah's parking lot, walk down to the main street, and turn right. Caesar's is the second casino past Harrah's.

Child Care

The child-care area will be at the Event Center, during the competition period only, on both days. Parents who intend to use child care must indicate this on their entry forms. Cost is $5 per child per day, to be paid on-site the day of use. Please only leave your child while you are actually competing on a course, so that the volunteers will also have time to compete.

Weather

The weather in the Sierras is variable and often unpredictable, so be prepared for anything. High temperature 50-80 F; low 25-55 F; chance of rain 10%.
