BOD Meeting, Stanford

September 21, 1998

The September meeting of the Board of Directors will be held in the Hartley Conference Room of the Mitchell Building on the Stanford campus, Monday evening, March 16th. Pizza will be available at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. As usual, all members of the club are welcome to attend.

Items to be discussed include the proposal to increase membership dues, follow-up on our efforts to increase membership and attendance at events, advertising policy and rates, Run in the Redwoods update, update on our bid for US Champs at Spooner Lake in Sept. 99, mapping update, and the quality director's and the technical committee's reports. Directions: From I-280 take Page Mill Road towards the Bay. At the second light, turn left onto Junipero Serra. Go to the second light turn right onto Campus Drive. At the first stop sign, turn left onto Mayfield. After a 90-degree turn, Mayfield comes to a tee with Lomita. Turn right onto Lomita. When Lomita ends at a tee, the Mitchell Building will be directly in front of you, 100 meters away. There is parking on either side. All special parking restrictions end at 6:00 p.m., so you may park wherever you like, except handicap zones. The Hartley Conference Room is just off the main lobby on the first floor of the Mitchell Building.
