This was the first meet at Berkeley since 1999, and it seems to have been well received. The white and yellow courses were short, and we had quite a few people run a second course.
The weather was cool and a bit foggy in the morning (perfect for running), and the fog burned of at about 11:30 leading to a sunny afternoon.
Thank you to all the helpers! Bob Cooley produced all the maps. James Wilson handled registration. Judy Koehler jumped in and held beginners clinics for a large throng of early arrivals. Starts were handled by Joan Roos and Scott Aster. Jeff Lanam worked the finish. The team of Brad and Debbie Wetmore worked the finish and results. This was their first time volunteering! Thanks guys! And Ian Tidswell not only worked results and beginners clinics, but ran the courses early and gave me invaluable advice!
